Growth Advisors - Western & Central North America
We seek former CEOs and C-suite leaders with P&L experience of $50 million to $500 million to partner long-term with entrepreneurial leadership teams. You’ll help drive lasting growth through coaching and strategic planning. You should be familiar with the Scaling Up (or similar) strategic planning methodology and Jim Collins’ principles.

Our Growth Advisors are the heart of Lawrence & Co, working directly with CEOs and leadership teams to drive lasting growth and evolution.
How Our Advisors Work with Clients
Our Advisors partner with CEOs and their leadership teams in two key ways:
Coaching: Helping CEOs and C‑suite leaders thrive as they navigate business growth, leadership responsibilities, and strategic challenges.
Strategic Planning: Partnering with executive teams to establish and refine their vision, strategy, and annual and quarterly execution goals. Growth advisors work alongside clients for years, iterating strategy based on real-world learnings to drive sustainable growth.
Who We’re Looking For
Seasoned C‑suite leaders with experience scaling SMEs and managing $50M – $500M P&Ls. Strategic and people-focused, skilled in coaching, leadership development, and facilitation. Trusted advisors with a high EQ, strong business and financial acumen, and hands-on experience with Scaling Up and growth methodologies. Lifelong learners and Jim Collins enthusiasts, committed to partnering with entrepreneurial CEOs and teams for the long run. Bonus: family business or private equity experience.
