A Growth Advisor at Lawrence & Co. works side by side with ambitious CEOs and their leadership teams. Together they build companies that grow reliably, quarter after quarter and decade after decade. You’ll do some of the most meaningful work of your career with founders who are serious about scaling. The role needs executive credibility, sharp facilitation skills, and a coach’s instinct to ask questions before giving answers.

The Role

As a Growth Advisor, you’ll lead strategic planning with executive teams at companies doing $50M to $500M+ in revenue. Between sessions, you’ll hold teams accountable to their goals and metrics, review their numbers with them, and push back on their thinking when it counts. You’ll also coach CEOs and senior leaders as they step into bigger roles in a bigger company. Our client relationships average five-plus years, so you’ll stay with each team for the long haul and adjust strategy based on real results. You’ll also help grow the firm through your network and by supporting new client relationships.
