Get to Know Aaron

Aaron brings over a decade of lead­er­ship and coach­ing expe­ri­ence to his work with exec­u­tive teams. He began coach­ing in 2014, serv­ing as the inter­nal Scal­ing Up coach at a mid-sized com­pa­ny where he worked along­side Kevin Lawrence. That expe­ri­ence sparked his pas­sion for help­ing busi­ness­es align strat­e­gy, exe­cu­tion, and account­abil­i­ty from the inside out.

With a career that spans com­mer­cial bank­ing, indus­tri­al sales and ser­vices, retail, and merg­ers & acqui­si­tions, Aaron has held roles from the front lines to COO and Pres­i­dent. He draws on this wide-rang­ing expe­ri­ence to help lead­er­ship teams clar­i­fy where they want to go — and build the capa­bil­i­ties to get there.

Aaron holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA, both from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Tole­do. Based in Syl­va­nia, Ohio, he enjoys time with his fam­i­ly and church com­mu­ni­ty, and stays active through fit­ness and golf.
