A teacher at heart, Dean Ritchey brings deep exper­tise from his career as a senior exec­u­tive in the North Amer­i­can con­sumer goods and retail sec­tor to his coach­ing prac­tice. His pas­sion for lead­er­ship, growth, and devel­op­ment is fueled by a love for the busi­ness world’s ever-evolv­ing dynam­ics and an unwa­ver­ing com­mit­ment to help­ing peo­ple real­ize their full potential.

Dean spe­cial­izes in equip­ping lead­er­ship teams with the tools and mind­set to excel, encour­ag­ing his clients to push beyond their per­ceived lim­its to achieve more than they thought pos­si­ble. With a Bachelor’s degree in Busi­ness Man­age­ment and a Master’s in Exec­u­tive Man­age­ment, he is well-versed in the Rock­e­feller Habits and brings valu­able expe­ri­ence as a coach and con­tin­u­ous improve­ment trainer.
