Jeff’s Story
Jeff is a senior executive advisor and certified executive coach with more than 25 years of experience helping for-profit and nonprofit organizations grow, scale, and adapt through change.
Jeff works closely with CEOs and executive leadership teams — often in partnership with boards of directors — to define clear growth strategies, align organizational strategy to those priorities, and establish a disciplined execution cadence that turns vision into results. He primarily partners with organizations with revenue ranging from $5M to $500M, where strategy, leadership, and execution must scale together.
His experience spans financial services, staffing, healthcare, IT, consumer services, and food & beverage, supporting both mission-driven and commercially focused organizations. Across industries, Jeff helps leadership teams move from ambition to action by creating clarity around where to play, how to win, and what must change to achieve their goals.
Jeff’s work is grounded in deep experience across strategic planning, growth strategy, organizational strategy, technology optimization strategy, and executive development. He is known for aligning enterprise-level strategy with operating rhythms, ensuring that priorities are translated into focused initiatives, clear accountability, and consistent follow-through across the organization.
Often described as authentic, practical, and easy to work with, Jeff helps leaders strengthen the emotional intelligence, judgment, and confidence required to lead through growth, disruption, and transition. His focus is on creating what he calls the multiplier effect — when people, strategy, timing, and culture align, performance accelerates naturally.
Jeff holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota), a Chief Digital Officer Certificate from Northwestern University, and a BS in Economics from Illinois State University. As a Certified Executive Coach, he helps leaders become more intentional, engaging, and effective — achieving results by making better, more aligned decisions.
