Kristin’s Story
Kristin Hazzard is a dynamic Executive Coach and Growth Advisor who partners with CEOs and leadership teams in high-growth, entrepreneurial organizations to build exceptional teams and drive sustainable success. With expertise in Organizational Development, Scaling Up, and strategic alignment, she crafts and implements people strategies that directly support business objectives. Her integrated approach combines leadership training, team development, and talent optimization – including Topgrading for hiring and succession planning – to create systems that accelerate performance and growth.

Kristin holds a Master’s degree in Educational Practice with a focus on motivation, has completed graduate studies in the Psychology of Leadership, and earned certifications in Business Management from UBC Sauder, as well as in DISC, Insights, Enneagram, and Positive Intelligence. This foundation supports her ability to guide leaders through complex challenges and unlock both organizational and individual potential.
Carrying forward a legacy of barrier-breaking leadership – her grandmother was the first Canadian to swim the English Channel – Kristin blends strategic vision with disciplined execution. A best-selling co-author, speaker, and former elite athlete (professional women’s hockey player), she brings a high-performance mindset to everything she does, always with heart.
