Tim’s Story
Tim Molek brings more than 35 years of leadership experience to his work with executives and leadership teams. Over the course of his career, he has worked with both global organizations and entrepreneurial companies, developing a deep understanding of how culture, strategy, and leadership alignment drive long-term success.
Tim spent much of his executive career in the consumer packaged goods industry, including serving as President of the Americas for Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions, where he led the business across North and South America. His role spanned everything from product development and manufacturing to marketing, distribution, and sales. During his tenure, the business grew nearly tenfold and established the best-selling product in its category while significantly outpacing market growth.
Along the way, Tim developed a strong passion for building leaders and healthy organizations. He helped launch a “Great Place to Work” initiative that was later adopted globally and played a key role in establishing an internal mentoring program designed to develop future leaders.
Today, Tim works with executives, founders, and leadership teams to help them think more strategically, strengthen communication, and build organizations capable of sustained growth. Drawing on decades of real-world leadership experience, he brings a collaborative and thoughtful coaching style that challenges leaders to think clearly, make better decisions, and lead with confidence.
Earlier in his career, Tim held roles in brand management and sales at Unilever and worked as a manufacturing engineer at Specialty Equipment Corporation.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys skiing, sailing, listening to and playing music, and continuing his lifelong quest to find the perfect taco.
