Month­ly Mas­ter Classes

In fact, we cre­at­ed month­ly Mas­ter Class­es, which we call Pods: one for the growth strat­e­gy of our com­pa­ny and anoth­er for the growth of our company’s CEO and key lead­ers. This is a place where we bring the chal­lenges of our work, gath­er dif­fer­ent per­spec­tives and share tools, tech­niques and strategies.

While there are cours­es, books and so many ways to learn, these 90-minute month­ly ses­sions are the rich­est learn­ing envi­ron­ment that I have ever expe­ri­enced. And they are easy to cre­ate, with a lit­tle prep and peo­ple who come ready to bring chal­lenges and share insights and resources.
