Tam­sin Plax­ton (Van­cou­ver, Canada)

Tam­sin has spent her career help­ing lead­ers think more clear­ly about the chal­lenges in front of them — espe­cial­ly dur­ing peri­ods of growth and change.

She found­ed and led an inter­na­tion­al edu­ca­tion and train­ing busi­ness, scal­ing it to serve thou­sands of stu­dents and pro­fes­sion­als across mul­ti­ple coun­tries before guid­ing it through a suc­cess­ful pri­vate equi­ty trans­ac­tion in 2023.

What stands out about Tam­sin is her abil­i­ty to cut through com­plex­i­ty quick­ly and get to the heart of the issue. That’s a rare skill. She asks the right ques­tions, chal­lenges assump­tions, and helps teams focus on what actu­al­ly matters.

And she under­stands that strat­e­gy is nev­er just about the num­bers. It’s about peo­ple — how lead­ers com­mu­ni­cate, how they align their teams, and how they move orga­ni­za­tions for­ward together.

Tim Molek (Chica­go, USA)

Tim brings deep oper­a­tional lead­er­ship expe­ri­ence to our clients.

He spent much of his exec­u­tive career in the con­sumer pack­aged goods indus­try, ris­ing to lead a major busi­ness across North and South Amer­i­ca — grow­ing it near­ly ten­fold and estab­lish­ing the cat­e­go­ry’s best-sell­ing prod­uct along the way.

Tim is espe­cial­ly strong at help­ing lead­er­ship teams move from ideas to exe­cu­tion — turn­ing strat­e­gy into action and build­ing the dis­ci­pline need­ed to fol­low through. He helps lead­ers sim­pli­fy what’s com­pli­cat­ed, stay focused on what mat­ters most, and get the orga­ni­za­tion pulling in the same direction.

In my expe­ri­ence, that’s exact­ly where com­pa­nies either suc­ceed or stall.
