Two new advisors, one standard: meet Christina Bottis and Frank Monaco

We’ve recently welcomed two exceptional advisors to the team, one in Chicago, one in Toronto. Both have already lived the growth stage a lot of our clients are stepping into right now, and both are joining us because they want to help more than one company get there.
Christina Bottis joins us from Chicago, USA, and Frank Monaco joins us from Toronto, Canada. They’ve run the functions and the companies our clients are building, felt the pressure, and know what it takes to move through it. They’ll work alongside our team using our Growth Management System, helping leadership teams build a simple, scalable plan to double the business every three to five years.
Christina Bottis: growth starts with the customer
Christina has spent more than 20 years as a commercial executive, four times a CXO, leading marketing and commercial teams at companies like CareerBuilder, Coyote Logistics, Medix, and Mural, across SaaS, logistics, staffing, and manufacturing.
What I value most is how she diagnoses. Christina is customer obsessed with a builder’s instinct. When growth slows, she doesn’t reach for a new campaign, she finds the real blocker, whether that’s positioning, the sales motion, or the revenue leadership itself, and builds the commercial engine to fix it.
She’s at the stage of her career where she wants to help multiple companies thrive in their growth journeys, which is exactly why she’s joined us. Outside of work, she’s a Chicago diehard, an art lover, and the person you want for a restaurant recommendation.
Christina works best with PE-backed and mid-market B2B CEOs who know their go-to-market has to scale faster than it can today.
Frank Monaco: clarity in the chaos
Frank has spent more than two decades building, scaling, and transforming businesses, including multibillion-dollar international operations, as a CEO, President, and COO. He’s logged over two million miles doing it, roughly 80 trips around the planet, sitting with teams and customers in markets that don’t all play by the same rules. Like Christina, he’s at the stage of his career where he wants to help multiple companies grow rather than run just one.
Frank is allergic to easy answers. He’s direct, curious, and comfortable making hard calls with imperfect information, exactly the trait most leadership teams need when a business is growing, changing, or getting more complex. In The 4 Forces of Growth, I call that spatial disorientation. Frank is the kind of co-pilot who helps a team find the horizon again.
Off the clock, he’s a dad of three daughters, a serious cook, and happiest on the water or building something with his hands.
Frank works best with CEOs running complex, multi-market businesses who need their strategy and their operation pulling in the same direction.
If you’d like to arrange a discovery call with Christina, Frank, or one of our other advisors, to talk about how we can help with your growth strategy, build the execution disciplines, and align your team to bring it to life, please reach out.
And if you know someone who’s built real growth experience and might be ready for the same move Christina and Frank made, we’re always looking for the next great advisor to join our bench. Let us know, we’d love to talk with them.
