  • 14. How skilled are you at quickly giving tough feedback?

  • 15. How good are you at seeing the benefit in your biggest challenges, at work and in life?

  • 16. How good are you at regularly stretching your personal limits?

  • 17. How disciplined are you about planning and regularly re-planning for work, self & life?
