Testimonials
Brett has been sharing leadership wisdom and insight with his Leadership Growth Series since 2011. When launching it he told us about “the importance of leadership in all areas of our business and that no matter what position you have in the company when you lead associates you have the most critical one.” Whether coaching peers or managing reports, Brett supports people as they bring the organizational strategy to life: he helps others succeed by removing obstacles, helping them set clear goals, diagnosing their development and providing them with the direction and support they need to achieve those goals. He understands the importance of strengthening others, cheering them on and coaching them for success. Those who will benefit from his executive coaching in the future will be very fortunate in their choice of coach.Dave Friesema
