Harvard Business Review case studies will serve as practical frameworks for study and application, ensuring that participants gain tangible skills and strategies to implement within their own organizations.

I was very hesitant to do this at first. Very stuck in the mindset of “I don’t have time for this” “This during work? Really?” And honestly, this was everything I needed and more at this point in my life. I am getting out of my comfort zone, trying something new, and taking ownership of myself and my life and honestly, it feels excellent.
It really made me look at how I deal with stressful situations and the way those choices had me interact with my staff. I was carrying too much negative energy/emotions instead of taking a moment to calm my mind and dealing with the situation properly. I have noticed my staff respond better to me since the course started.
Kristin was a very natural facilitator. I felt like she did a great job of breaking down each of the aspects and sections of the Topgrading methodology and applying them in succession. This helped me immensely to develop my confidence and skill sets.
Overall, the course was very engaging, and the leaders did a great job of moving through content and staying on time for virtual trainings.
