In fact, we created monthly Master Classes, which we call Pods: one for the growth strategy of our company and another for the growth of our company’s CEO and key leaders. This is a place where we bring the challenges of our work, gather different perspectives and share tools, techniques and strategies.
While there are courses, books and so many ways to learn, these 90-minute monthly sessions are the richest learning environment that I have ever experienced. And they are easy to create, with a little prep and people who come ready to bring challenges and share insights and resources.
