This people-centric approach is grounded in his deep experience in owner-operated businesses building to scale, and in Family-owned, Retail, Hospitality, Tourism, Charitable and Professional Services sectors.
A Certified Coach, Speaker & Trainer with the John Maxwell Team, Tim is also a Certified Facilitator & Trainer with the Extreme Leadership Institute, a Partner & Consultant with the Virtuous Leadership Institute, a Forum Chair with MacKay CEO Forums, and a Partner & COO with JAK’s Beer Wine & Spirits.
When not coaching in the board room, Tim can be found on the field, enthusiastically coaching soccer with South Delta United, and football with the South Delta Rams. He and his wife, Stephanie, reside in Tsawwassen, BC, just outside of Vancouver, with their six children.

Known as a growth leader with a strong strategy, finance, and operations background, Rick’s expertise lies in helping organizations to scale in the face of exponential growth. As a coach, he derives the greatest satisfaction when the leadership teams he works with become healthier, more cohesive and aligned, executing their strategy at a level they hadn’t thought possible.
With a BBA degree and Chartered Professional Accountant (CMA) designation, Rick quickly rose to a CFO level, establishing a reputation in several roles as a capable finance and operations leader of rapid-growth companies. That success led to CEO roles including start-ups and turnarounds, with extraordinary results in the tens of millions, in a few short years. He has particularly deep expertise in advanced manufacturing, consumer products and more recent years, Cleantech scaleups.
A former Director and Chair of the BC Food & Beverage Association (BC’s largest food, beverage, and natural products manufacturing industry association); he was also a Director of Investment Agriculture Foundation of BC.
Rick and Lois, his wife of 41 years, take immense joy and pride in their three grown children and three grandchildren. Now based in BCs South Okanagan, he hopes the climate and outdoor lifestyle will inspire his ability to play a better game of golf.

A teacher at heart, Dean Ritchey brings specialized expertise from a career as a senior executive in the North American consumer goods/retail sector to his coaching practice.
